Established in France in 2009, we have a dedicated team covering all aspects of the skills required for your project be it an extension, renovation, refurbishment or roofing, backed up with vans kitted out with a complete range of high quality tools from Fluke electrical installation testing equipment to Festool dust extraction.
This ensures that we have the tools to cover all aspects of your project, including specialist trades such as plumbing, electrical, tiling, woodwork including truss work, blockwork, plasterboarding and plastering.
Our small fleet of vehicles includes a 6.5t tipper, 2.7t bobcat excavator, towable petrol mixer and trailers for removing site debris.
Our Kwikstage scaffolding ensures that we can undertake roofing and other work whilst adhering to working at height regulations. This utilised with our tile lifter or telehandler ensures that lifting on to the roof is both safe and efficient.
Ethos
Graham is still very much hands on and believes there is still a place for the old techniques. These have been used by craftsmen for hundreds of years and have proven their sustainability.
They are still as relevant today as they were years ago. The trick is to find the balance between the new and old methods and identify the most appropriate material and method for the application.
This means keeping abreast of the new techniques and choosing when to adopt them and understanding the implications of doing so.
Methodology
Over the years we have developed a standard of working practices. These practices include the materials and the methodology of the application within the building environment. This ensures that we adhere to the French norms and DTUs.
These working practices also ensure that the team complete the work in the same way on different projects. By doing this we are able to maintain a high standard of quality and continuity on all of our projects.
Reporting
We use a progress report for projects where the client is not on site.
This uses a red, amber and green system of identifying risks and issues, ensuring the client is aware of potential issues so that together we can mitigate and manage them. It tracks who is responsible for any actions and ensures there is no miscommunication.
